Treat the cause of burnout, not the symptoms
Far too often we deal with our experience with burnout by looking for something to relax us or “balance” us. What if we looked at what our burnout was telling us?
Offended? Don’t take things so seriously.
Don’t overlook the power of getting offended. In allowing ourselves to be around the things that “offend” us, we can learn where we take ourselves too seriously.
