How Can You See the Bigger Pattern in Your Life?
What are we missing?
We get caught up in the rat race of daily life without even questioning what we’re doing. Do we really want the things we think we want? Do we even know what we want?
We fall into subconscious life patterns that keep us stuck — repeating the same thoughts, actions, and mistakes — without even realizing it.
And when we’re looking for something to change, why do we default to that part of our minds that only knows how to do or solve?
We don’t see ourselves as part of the whole. Everything feels separate. Something to attain. Something to fix. Something to defend against.
We often treat symptoms, not causes.
Life feels like it’s happening to us. So we try harder. We do more. But what are we really accomplishing?
We say we’re burned out — we’ve tried everything. Yet we go back to the same mental programming to try and solve the same problems… problems that may not even be problems to begin with.
Breaking free from these mental patterns that keep us stuck requires seeing life from a new perspective — one where we recognize the deeper patterns beneath the surface.
Is life just random? Or worse — is it just happening to us? Are we here to simply take it on the chin, day after day?
And if that’s not the case… what are these patterns trying to tell us?
What if life is being orchestrated by a higher intelligence — allowing us to experience each moment exactly as it needs to be?
A series of events we subconsciously call forward, so we can fully experience them.
And when we do — without judgment — we begin to see that life is actually working for us, not against us.
Why We See “Problems” Everywhere
Our minds are wired to see separation. Naturally.
We see ourselves as separate — so anything that happens must be an attack on us.
An argument with a spouse. A problem at work. Someone cutting us off in traffic. That politician we think is evil.
Our minds are programmed to see threat from the outside — that’s the lens of separation.
This kind of thinking locks us into victim mindset traps — where life feels like a series of problems, not opportunities for growth.
If we only focus on “fixing” the perceived threat, we miss the deeper lesson that’s there for us.
When we stay stuck in fragmented thinking, we only see problems as threats. We only see the negative.
And it’s exhausting. Being on constant alert. Feeling like the same problems keep recycling over and over again.
The call to action is to adopt a growth mindset. Can you see the circumstances you continue to face, and see as problems, as an opportunity to learn and evolve? How would your life change if you adopted this mindset more often?
