This is a free 30-minute conversation. No pitch. No pressure. We talk about where you are, what you're experiencing, and whether this work is right for you.
2. We Co-Create the Agreement
If we decide to work together, we'll create a clear agreement about what our work looks like. How often we meet. What support you need. What you're committing to.
This is a partnership. You're not hiring me to fix you. We're working together to help you remember who you are when you stop performing.
3. We Do the Work
Our sessions are where the shift happens. We go deep. We challenge the stories you've been telling yourself. We look at what's actually true vs. what you've been conditioned to believe.
Between sessions, you have access to me via phone, text, and email. This isn't just a weekly check-in. This is ongoing support as you move from fighting to trusting.
4. You Take Ownership
I don't do the work for you. I walk beside you as you do it.

Coaching investment ranges from $800-$1500/month, depending on the level of support and frequency that works for you.
We'll discuss what makes sense during our clarity call and create an agreement that fits your needs and commitment level.
This includes:
- Regular 1-on-1 sessions (frequency based on our agreement)
- Ongoing support between sessions (phone, text, email)
- Co-created structure tailored to where you are and what you need
