    What you said today reminds me of a quote posted on my refrigerator…..”Make peace with your past so it doesn’t screw up your future.” Even with that advice staring at me whenever I open the fridge, I was still hesitant to take this challenge because of past failures at following through with meditation!
    Per your suggestion, I began observing if the facial tension was associated with any particular thoughts. No. But what I did notice is when I “let go” of the facial tension it popped up in another area! Will continue to observe and release.
