    “…quiet the mind and be more present” is a statement you made in today’s video (Day 27). I realized that’s it for me….if that’s the only difference meditation makes in my life, I’ll be content with that. The last couple nights I had the pleasure of meditating in front of a campfire with a bright moon overhead which is a completely different environment than my normal sitting place. I went into it with higher expectations…like the setting would transform my experience into something magical. Guess what? It didn’t. It quieted my mind and I was present in that time. And it was all ok with me. So…thanks for that message.

    Thanks for that comment! It’s really important to be with where we are in the moment. If we notice the connection in peace and being in the moment we’re more likely to make it a habit. I think you gave me some inspiration for a new topic.
