    Still on target, continuing to use ujjayi breathing, and have been able to add an additional 5 minutes to my time. There have been no revelations or streams of light (!) but just the quietness of sitting has been very rewarding. After listening to your thoughts on risk and acceptance I was hoping that, at some point, you could touch on facing possible failure with any risk we take and how to accept the failure gracefully.

    Great to hear! Two thoughts. One, I need to look into what Ujjayi breathing is. Two, I will certainly address grace with defeat.
