Interesting video today. What I kept thinking was…NO…I don’t have “answers” but what I do have is the advantage of experiencing a life full of mistakes and successes and I believe there is a residual wisdom that comes from living through those experiences. However, as I age, there is considerably more caution in sharing that wisdom unless it is specifically sought. THAT is difficult but so necessary!
Still on target with the meditation but some days are hard, aren’t they?

Some days are harder than others! Sharing the wisdom and whether it’s right or not to share depends on your intent. If the intent is to serve the greater good or for someone’s assistance, then share it! It’s when we get caught in the habit of sharing because we’re doing it to prove ourselves that we get into trouble.
