What is Counseling?
Counseling allows you to explore deeper into your personal issues and background. Counseling allows you to identify the things that are keeping you stuck, unhappy, and unable from moving on from the past or getting your thinking away from worrying or focusing on the future.
We’ll go at your pace and I’ll provide a compassionate, safe, and understanding space for you to get to the emotional blocks that you need assistance in processing. If you’re wanting a space to explore your deeper self and inner being, therapy might be right for you at this time.
What is coaching?
Coaching is structured and goal oriented. We’ll go step by step looking at what is keeping you from achieving your goals and desires. I’ll be your mentor as you begin to work towards those things you’ve always wanted but didn’t know where to begin.
I am here to help you use your intuitive processes that will get you to where you want to go.
